Power Tool Inspection, Servicing and Repair in our workshop or on-site by Raymond Norman. Raymond has over 35 years experience in the service and repair of a wide range of tools and machines. He opened his own business, R&J Services, in 2016. Ray welcomes work from individuals and the trade alike and he is a service agent for several of the large tool suppliers. Ray’s extensive knowledge and experience make R&J Services ideally suited to meet your needs. Services include:

How it works:
After an initial inspection we will provide you with a free quotation. This will include details of any parts required so that you can easily purchase them yourself. We provide advice on where best to buy parts; e.g. e-bay or a specialist supplier. Where possible we will also provide the price of the parts. In this way we keep your outlay to an absolute minimum; we just charge you for the work that we do.
Machines that are subject to PAT testing are always tested as part of the service / repair and certificates are supplied.
INSPECTION AND P.A.T. TESTING
We offer a complete machine inspection and PAT testing service to meet your requirements. This can include annual or biannual inspection of portable and stationary machines.
Some of our clients like us to check and report on the status of a number of machines biannually for an agreed fee. A report is generated for each machine and updated at each visit. This informs their strategic management of machine maintenance regimes and replacement schedules.
